Perhaps the most influential encounter in those early days was with the Local Authority Search Network and its impactful Managing Director, Steve Davies. Now retired, Steve was a cornerstone of the industry—an invaluable source of knowledge, especially on technical matters. He was the one who introduced me to IPSA (the Association of Independent Personal Search Agents), opening new doors for my business.
